Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to external factors (such as carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping may be available depending on destination and product availability. Please contact us directly for international shipping inquiries.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
gloriouslymade is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
gloriouslymade is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number shows a delivery but you haven’t received your package, please:

Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely)
